The Palmer Avenue project combines doorbells, smart switches and alarms. Smart switches put everyday lighting control at hand, while the doorbell provides a familiar point of contact for arriving visitors.

The alarm adds a separate home-security function. Together, the installed products focus on the routines residents use most often: lighting, visitor arrivals and security.
